Weekly Trivia (Term 2/Week 3)

This activity is designed as a time filler if you finish your work early in class or you may prefer to complete at home. 

Are the following statements true or false?  You may need to carry out some research e.g. Google, to find the answers.

1. A raisin is a dried prune.
2. There are nine oceans in the world.
3. The language Finish is from Finland.
4. The Olympics will be held in Athens in 2012

We will mark this on Friday 14 May.

    *************************************************About number 4 I am confused because on the board it said something different.
    And now I don't which one to and I can't remember the one on the board so I can't research it!
